The Triad features a high quality buffered bypass system for low switching noise and preservation of your signal from guitar to amplifier. Unlike the cheap buffer circuits found in typical pedals, the Psionic Audio buffer is transparent, musical, and silent. With a true bypass switching system there is always the problem of the sound being darker (due to cumulative cable capacitance) with no pedals engaged and then the sound gets brighter as soon as any pedal is turned on, as almost all pedals, even true bypass pedals, buffer the pedal's output when active.
